Lidia García is a phonoaudiologist from the University of Buenos Aires.

She keeps herself in continuous education with courses from a wide range of disciplines like Vocal Pedagogy, Master Classes with Montserrat Caballé, Voice Education at the Complutense University of Madrid, and a Seminar at the Spanish Association of Psychopatology of Expression, among others.

Has also studied Acting, Corporal Expression and Music Education and Singing. Investigating in the fields of Alternative Medicine has leaded her to learn Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Holistic Kinesiology, Bach Flower Remedies, Mediterranean Floral Essences, Neural Therapy and Homeopathy.

She has been living and working in Madrid for over 30 years, teaching Vocal Techniques at her own school. Her lessons are aimed both at singers and actors, and students can choose between individual or group classes.

There are other classes she has given in institutions such as the Center of Scenic Studies of Andalucia, the Union of Actors in Madrid, the University of Tucumán in Argentina and the College of Dramatic Art in Córdoba (Spain).
As well for 25 years has directed courses and seminars of Voice and Singing themes in different educational schools for actors.

For more than 10 years she has trained Voice and Singing teachers.

She has been interviewed on radio, television and magazines such as Rolling Stone, Oxigeno, Mía and La Guía del Ocio.

She wrote the book TU VOZ, TU SONIDO (”Your Voice, Your Sound”, Diaz de Santos publishing) and now has released her second book: ¡CANTAR! (”SINGING!” E-book available soon in english)
